I had many clients coming to me who has began to trip and or has falling down. They have lost their spatial awareness. This is the awareness to where their body is in space. For example when walking and having to step over an object on the ground and not clearing the object with the foot step either in the height of the step or the distance of clearing the object. This can be relearned again. I live where there are beautiful hiking trails in the forest and many seniors have come to me who enjoy their walking paths in nature, but they had begun tripping and/or falling on the tree roots on the trails. About the Author

Tracy L. Markley has been working and studying in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She is the owner of Tracy’s Personal Training Fitness Studio. Previously, in Huntington Beach California for 17 years and re-located to Oregon in 2013. She is a Certified Health Fitness Specialist, Personal Trainer, Dance & Group Exercise Leader, Fitness & Nutrition, Biomechanics Specialist, AFAA Group Exercise Examiner, BOSU® Master Trainer, FiTOUR Pro-Trainer, as well as a Pilates and Yoga Instructor. In 2007 She published her first book, The Stroke of an Artist, The Journey of a Fitness Trainer and a Stroke Survivor. Her work and book has been Nationally Recognized.
